Buoyed by Gaëlle’s multilingual voice and Florent’s inventive music, this Franco-Cameroonian duo weave a borderless score blending African sounds, trip hop, rock and dub. Instinctive and symbolic, Okali creates a musical and visual universe of striking sincerity, an invitation to a peaceful trance. After a string of concerts across France and winning over audiences on “The Voice” and Arte Concert, Okali is set to take over La Boule Noire to celebrate the release of his first EP (10 October), the ideal soundtrack to a better world.
