A native of Clichy, Olympe started out playing the cello, then switched to the guitar. She was also involved in theater, choir and opera singing, and didn’t want to have to choose between acting and music.
So it was natural for her to enter the Conservatoire du 9e in Paris, where she studied musical comedy for two years. She continued her studies for a season at the Cours Florent, in partnership with the Théâtre Mogador.
At the same time, Olympe covered Columbine, Orelsan, Vald… with her guitar on YouTube.
That’s how she created her community and was spotted by Bigflo & Oli, who signed her to their Bonne étoile label a year later, in 2021.
Since then, she has released a number of singles and featurings (with Bigflo & Oli, A2H, Nusky & Vaati and Graham Lake), enabling her to showcase her world and its many facets. Sensitive, fast-paced tracks that make you think as much as they make you dance! She is inspired by her time, her generation, the one that is told it has no future, and she also visits love, not always the one that ends well.
She doesn’t like to censor herself, she loves paradoxes. Always singing.
The first part of his long-awaited project, “Haut les coeurs”, will be released on September 27. The album explores themes of resilience, love and the struggle against adversity. Each track, from “Des bonnes chansons” to “Hauts les coeurs”, offers a captivating plunge into the human soul, offering a glimmer of hope in the darkest of times.
