Internet hometown hero’ MICO, also the title of his forthcoming EP, will finally be performing in Paris on Saturday 8 February 2025 at La Boule Noire!

In an age when everyone hopes to break through overnight, MICO is proof that nothing beats good music over time. At the end of 2018, 16-year-old Miguel Veloso was singing on Discord servers and Twitch to connect with new listeners. Now, at 21, MICO’s hard work has paid off with a passionate community and over 60 million streams worldwide, without the help of a label.

For MICO, the internet is not to be underestimated: it’s like his second home and he has organically attracted over 750,000 ‘amicos’ over the last 5 years. Following the release of his radio hit ‘cut my hair’ in 2022, MICO unveiled his long-awaited EP ‘the tears we fight’. Followed by another 3-track EP entitled ‘the afterparty’, his projects generated viral hits such as ‘another soul’ and ‘better’, with fans present at each release. In 2023, MICO sought to break the stigma surrounding online artists by playing to sold-out crowds on their Canadian and US tours.
