CENZO

A young artist originally from Tahiti, Cenzo arrived in France at the age of eighteen, without any reference points but with a deep desire to put music at the centre of his life. From the streets of Bordeaux to the stage of Star Academy, he has built up a loyal following and an atypical musical identity. It’s French-style fresh pop, influenced as much by the American pop stars of the last two decades and the Anglo-Saxon pop-rock standards of the 60s as by the lyrics of French variété.

While her single ‘Changer’ has been a hit on social networks, streaming and radio (playlisted on NRJ), Cenzo is getting ready to release her first EP. This is a new milestone for the artist, who spent three years working in the studio after graduating from Star Academy before unveiling his first project to the public. Intimate and mature, this EP explores the young man’s state of mind, shaken to the core by a break-up in love and the sacrifices of a young artist’s life.
