Between Paris and London, Evergreen distils elegant, melancholy pop in two languages and two voices. The French trio formed by Fabienne (vocals, keyboards), Michael (vocals, guitar) and Jonathan (bass, keyboards, percussion) has already released three albums, including Sign Out (2023), a collection of dreamy songs about human relationships in the ultra-connected age. Both contemporary and nostalgic, his music borrows from English indie influences and French pop heritage, with touches of electronica, funk and Latin rhythms. A new album is set for release in 2025.
‘Electronic pop turned luminous trance […] There’s a way here for even the most sensitive minds to humming melodies to find themselves fulfilled. If only more so’ (Nova)
‘Luminous […] A little summer bomb […] synthpop reminiscent of Tame Impala and brilliant arrangements’ (Les Inrocks)
‘Musically, we have the missing link between Arcade Fire and Metronomy’. (Tsugi)
‘A set of tracks that are playful and mischievous on the surface, but in reality hide an anguish about connected existence and relationships lived through the glow of a screen’ (France Bleu)

𝐄𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 is the alias of Thibault Chevaillier. As a child of the 90s, he wore out his adolescent fingers on the controller of his Playstation – the game Music – and his guitar on which he strove to cover Red Hot and Beck.
He went to the jazz conservatoire and then travelled across France with his youthful groups, and now with Ed Mount he explores the codes of Anglo-Saxon pop (Paul Simon, McCartney) through his surprising harmonies, close to the minimalism of groups like Mild High Club or Benny Sings.
When he’s not composing in his studio (he’s currently working on his second album), his magical touch can be heard on stage alongside Malik Djoudi, Lescop and Halo Maud.
A musical family that perpetuates the lineage of demanding French pop.
