A background of violin for demanding and poetic lyrics to envisage French pop in her own way, such is the path in which ‘Lize’ was born. From itinerancy to territorial anchoring, it was in Marseille that Lize decided to settle down, to isolate herself in order to compose and write songs imbued with images that speak of her outlook on life, her experiences, her history. It’s like a need to finally put down on sheet music all the best and worst that these years of emulsions have brought: the enthusiasm of the road, the dizziness of the street, the encounters that shatter and the fraternal ones that transport, the sorrow of disappearances, but above all the love of freedom. In 2024, the stars aligned, she won the Fair in February and was seen by millions of viewers on TF1. That same year, she signed to Universal Music France and released her second song, ‘Histoire sans tête’, during the summer.
