LØLØ’s journey began long before she became the pop rock force we know today, thanks to her passion and impressive energy on stage. As a child digging through her vast CD collection, including everything from the Wizard of Oz soundtrack to Hilary Duff to Green Day, she learned to play “Good Riddance(Time of Your Life)” and has never put the guitar down since. Emerging in 2018, she has attracted a fanbase with heartfelt lyrics and hard-hitting melodies imbued with a pop rock spirit. She has also released three EPs, the Sweater Collection EP [2019], the overkill EP [2021], and the debbie downer EP [2022]. Among the various highlights, her cover of “Dancing In The Dark” (Bruce Springsteen) has accumulated over 29 million streams on Spotify, followed by “u turn me on (but u give me depression)” with over 16 million streams on Spotify.
LØLØ’s path to Hollywood stardom has been littered with its share of obstacles and scares. Since her arrival a few years ago, the Toronto-born singer-songwriter has struck like a tornado with tens of millions of streams and widespread critical acclaim. She’s also met a myriad of misfits, falling in love with (truly) heartless types.
Along the way, she developed what would become “falling for robots & wishing I was one” with producer Mike Robinson. The concept came naturally. Now she’s inviting everyone into her mind with her debut album.
Catch LØLØ on stage at the Boule Noire on 2 November 2024!
