Rawb stands for modern, inspired reggae. Whether on stage or streaming, his music, with its tropical DNA, resonates with a generation in search of sincerity and generosity. Born on Reunion Island, Rawb moved to mainland France before taking the plunge and leaving the factory to become an artist. In the space of two years, he has become a major figure on the European reggae scene, opening for the likes of Dub Inc, Naâman, Biga*Ranx and Groundation, as well as performing at numerous festivals. Together with Trka, the project’s beatmaker and DJ, they produce urban reggae in their Paris lab, a mix of hip-hop, roots, dancehall and pop. They’ll be performing their new album, due out in early 2024, as a live band.

Constantly exploring, he can produce music with a roots reggae, new roots or revival sound. His personal touch lies in the vocal harmonies and in his writing: writing filled with hope and success. True, simple lyrics that reflect the person he is.
Since the summer of 2022, he has been performing with Aurélien Combes, his partner in crime, with whom he has been working on reggae since ‘Longtime’.
