Tors produce the kind of songs you’d scream in the car alone with the windows down, just before the last call at your favorite bar, or on the fields of crowded festivals. The British trio, brothers Matt and Theo Weedon and Jack Bowden, are known for their emotive lyrics and angelic harmonies. In between tours with Sam Ryder, Tom Walker, X Ambassadors, and Duncan Laurence and James Blunt in Paris, Tors unveiled their “Anything Can Happen” EP, including singles “Garden on the Kitchen Floor”, “Colour In The Ordinary” and “Anything Can Happen”, which went viral on TikTok and surpassed 3 million Spotify streams.
In the summer of 2023, the band signed with Glassnote Records and relocated to Woodstock, New York, to record their next EP with producer Simone Felice [The Lumineers, Noah Kahan, Vance Joy] with an intentionally nuanced approach that defined the writing and broadened their sound: “Every element we put into a song has a reason for being there. We love the beautiful balance the three of us can provide.”
Tors will be stopping by La Boule Noire in Paris on Saturday, September 14, 2024 as part of their Miracle Tour.
