Almost a month ago, La Boule Noire inaugurated its first INTERFERENCE night, conceived as an alternative to the club.
We look forward to seeing you again on Friday June 14 for a new edition, still under the banner of musical distortion, from 10pm to 4am, the day before a public holiday!
The Night INTERFERENCE#3 is all about genre hybridization: from drum&bass to UK garage influences and R’n’b to Nigerian sounds, this year’s edition is all about genres meeting and mutating.
The evening will be opened by Zulu, a secret of the French underground scene. His productions are a mix of referenced influences that nevertheless flout styles. The Cameroon-born artist flirts with the references he has encountered along the way. Bass, experimental, trap or trance, his productions strive to be elusive, delivering a versatile moment where mastery and vulnerability struggle. seems to be doing his introspection in the middle of the club. The encounter with his music is a collision of sometimes contradictory aesthetics. His productions are a mix of referenced influences that nevertheless ignore styles. The Cameroon-born artist flirts with the references he has come across along the way.
In the second half, Lady Donli accompanied by her jazzband, a “Pan African Rockstar” oscillating between R’n’b and soul that is urgently awaited on stage. This singer-songwriter from Lagos sings, raps and spreads her Afro-futuristic energy through her tracks (don’t you dare question her ability).
