Almost a month ago, La Boule Noire inaugurated its first INTERFERENCE night, conceived as an alternative to the club.

We look forward to seeing you again on Friday June 14 for a new edition, still under the banner of musical distortion, from 10pm to 4am, the day before a public holiday!

The Night INTERFERENCE#3 is all about genre hybridization: from drum&bass to UK garage influences and R’n’b to Nigerian sounds, this year’s edition is all about genres meeting and mutating.

The evening will be opened by Zulu, a secret of the French underground scene. His productions are a mix of referenced influences that nevertheless flout styles. The Cameroon-born artist flirts with the references he has encountered along the way. Bass, experimental, trap or trance, his productions strive to be elusive, delivering a versatile moment where mastery and vulnerability struggle. seems to be doing his introspection in the middle of the club. In the second half, Lady Donli accompanied by her jazzband, a “Pan African Rockstar” oscillating between R’n’b and soul that is urgently awaited on stage. This singer-songwriter from Lagos sings, raps and spreads her Afro-futuristic energy through her tracks (don’t you dare question her ability).

Finally, the inventive group KranKk will take to the stage to redefine the musical landscape of this late evening. Hailing from Antwerp, the trio of musicians and producers Aram Abgaryan on keyboards, Thomas Geysen on drums and Willem Heylen on guitar and machines (most notably spotted alongside the majestic Martha Da’ro) offer a live Drum & Bass show with a free jazz flavour. Their versality, and their ability to explore bass and fast breakbeats, while surrounding themselves with vocalists to play with melodies like on their latest project LATE NIGHTS IN ANTWERP.
