With his sharp wordplay, head-turning verbal acrobatics and offbeat hooks, Token has become an artist in his own right in the world of hip-hop. Growing up in Marblehead, north of Boston, he began producing tracks in a fast-paced style reminiscent of early Eminem.
His album Pink Is Better was released in 2022 on his own Never Too Different label and Atlantic Records. This first album on a major label included features from JID, Rico Nasty, Benny The Butcher and Lil Skies. Since then, he has released a steady stream of new singles, including ‘SISTER’, ‘Toy Story’ and most recently ‘Rockabye Baby’. Token recently kicked off his massive NEVER TOO DIFFERENT US tour, which will run until March 2023.
